Will Gilbert joined the Virginia Commonwealth University Honors College in 2023 as the recruitment and enrollment counselor. He leads prospective student recruitment and enrollment efforts for the college.
Prior to joining the Honors College, Will worked in public relations and marketing in the B2B tech space and in employee experience and professional development. He brings his experience working in recruitment and hiring to his position in the Honors College and enjoys meeting and engaging with high school, transfer and current VCU students and showing them the value of the VCU Honors College.
Will holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from the Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture in the College of Humanities & Sciences and is a graduate of the VCU Honors College.
